About Chef Gregory

Chef Gregory was trained in Culinary Arts at the Culinary Institute of America where he graduated in 1986. He has over30 years of experience in catering services, including; corporate, social, wedding catering and party planning.

The Chef's professionalism, formal training and, most importantly, his desire to create great food specifically for the needs and wants of his customer, is what sets Catering by Design apart from other caterers.

When planning for your event, Chef Gregory will sit down with you personally to understand exactly what you want. He will help you make important decisions so that your guests are sure to have a wonderful experience.
